Setting up a business as an innovator

If you are able to demonstrate that you have entrepreneurial ability and technical skills, you may be able to apply to come to the United Kingdom under the Pilot Scheme for Innovators. In your first year in the United Kingdom you will need to create two full time jobs. To apply you need to complete a self-assessment form (you will need Acrobat Reader to view this PDF file). The conditions for entering under the Scheme for Innovators are set out on the Immigration and Nationality Directorate web site.
